- In Norway,
License plates beginning with E are electric. - In Norway, shoulder belts are required on motor coaches - a pain in the neck!
- In some ports, ships can connect to "Shore Power" and shut down their generators while in port.
- No cash necessary anywhere - everything is paid by card.
- No plastic water bottles - its all canned
- Interesting to see cars - VW, BMW, Mercedes and others make so many more models that we never see in the US.
- Norway is great - very modern, very Western, very green.
- Amsterdam is worthy of further visits; Copenhagen probably not. Its crowded, very cosmopolitan and seems dirtyish. And Danish is incomprehensible.
- We saw examples of electric/robot lawn mowers. Small engines are discouraged.
- They have a crow that gray and black
- City garbage/recycle collection goes underground
- Love the icon for restrooms!
